2022-2026 Strategic Plan – Sunset

Our Board of Trustees has decided to sunset the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan due to the significant progress made. Moving forward, we will focus our efforts on the Special Contract Language and Performance Contract, which address many of the same target areas as the Strategic Plan.

The NLACRC Strategic Plan 2022-2026 was a collaborative effort involving the people we serve, service providers, staff, and community members. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Board of Trustees and the Strategic Planning Committee for their invaluable time and commitment to making this strategic plan a reality.

Attached is a summary of the progress made on the Strategic Plan. We invite you to attend our Executive Committee meetings for updates on the Special Contract Language.
