Համայնքի տեղաբաշխման պլան (CPP) և Համայնքային ռեսուրսների զարգացման պլան (CRDP)
Համայնքային տեղաբաշխման պլանը (CPP) և Համայնքային ռեսուրսների զարգացման պլանը (CRDP) մշակվել են Տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնների համար Զարգացման ծառայությունների վարչության (DDS) կողմից՝ որպես միջոց՝ բարձրացնելու համայնքային ծառայությունների մատուցման համակարգի կարողությունները, նվազեցնելու զարգացման կենտրոնի և այլ սահմանափակող կենսամիջավայրերի օգտագործումը և ապահովելու, որ մտավոր և զարգացման հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք ապրեն իրենց նվազագույն կարիքները սահմանափակող պայմաններով: CPP-ի և CRDP-ի միջոցով DDS-ը ֆինանսավորում է տարածաշրջանային կենտրոններին՝ մշակելու մի շարք համայնքային ռեսուրսներ, որոնք նախատեսված են համայնքում ապրող անհատների ծառայությունների և աջակցության կարիքները բավարարելու համար՝ համաձայն Welfare and Institutes Code բաժինների 4418.25 և 4679(a):

Service provider for 4-bed (2 ambulatory, 2 non-ambulatory) Community Care Licensed EBSH for adult individuals with intellectual disability and/or severe behavioral needs needing community placement or deflection from Porterville Developmental Center, Canyon Springs, IMDs, or other restrictive setting.

Service provider for a 4-bed (2 ambulatory, 2 non- ambulatory) Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Level 7, with Delayed Egress (formerly known as Specialized Residential Facility – SRF) to serve individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse and mental health service needs who require a structured, licensed setting while working towards transition to a less restrictive residential setting.

Service Provider for Adaptive Skills Training for Children
Start-up Funds: $30,000
This service will provide ongoing Socialization and Safety Training for youth and young adults with intellectual disability and/or severe behavioral needs residing in an Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH), licensed residential facility, or who are at risk of placement in a licensed setting. Services will be provided outside of school hours.

Emergency Short-Term Shelter Services
Start-up Funds $60,000
Program to provide short-term (approximately 3–5 days) emergency shelter services to support clients who must be displaced during disasters at two (2) existing Community Care Licensed facilities—one in the San Fernando Valley, and the other in the Antelope Valley.
