Pahayag ng Vision sa Patakaran<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pinagtitibay at ipinagdiriwang ng NLACRC ang pagsasama, pagkakapantay-pantay, at pagkakaiba-iba para sa lahat ng kawani, mga taong pinaglilingkuran, kanilang mga pamilya, at mga komunidad na sinusuportahan at kinakatawan natin. Ang NLACRC ay magiging isang sentrong pangrehiyon sa komunidad na pinagsasama-sama ang mga pananaw ng lahat ng posisyon at tungkulin sa loob ng komunidad at upang magbahagi ng mga saloobin at magmungkahi ng mga aksyon na nagsusulong ng pagsasama, sumusulong ng katarungan, at nagtataguyod ng pagkakaiba-iba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access sa Wika at Kakayahang Pangkultura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ang Language Access at Cultural Competency plan ay isang diskarte upang mas masuportahan ang mga pangangailangan sa wika ng mga indibidwal na may kapansanan sa pag-unlad, kanilang mga tagapag-alaga, at mga miyembro ng kanilang pamilya. Ang pangunahing layunin ay upang mapabuti ang karanasan ng mamimili at pamilya at upang mapadali ang mas pare-parehong pag-access sa impormasyon at mga serbisyo para sa mga multi-lingual, monolingual, at magkakaibang grupo ng kultura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disparity Committee<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Ang NLACRC ay mayroong Disparity Committee. Tinutugunan ng Komiteng ito ang mga pagkakaiba na nakakaapekto sa mga indibidwal na pinaglilingkuran ng NLACRC, kanilang mga pamilya, at iba pa sa komunidad. Kabilang dito ang mga kawani ng NLACRC, gayundin ang mga kasosyo na naglilingkod sa mga taong may kapansanan at iba pang populasyon ng minorya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
