Seksyon 4519.5, ay nag-aatas sa Department of Developmental Services (\u201cDDS\u201d) at mga sentrong pangrehiyon na magtulungan upang magtipon ng data na may kaugnayan sa pagbili ng awtorisasyon ng serbisyo, paggamit, at paggasta taun-taon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang pagbili ng data ng serbisyo ay dapat na ikategorya ayon sa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edad ng mamimili:<br>-Kapanganakan hanggang dalawang taong gulang, kasama,<br>-Tatlo hanggang 21, kasama,<br>-Dalawampu&#039;t dalawa at mas matanda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lahi o etnisidad ng mamimili.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ang pangunahing wikang sinasalita ng mamimili, at iba pang mga kaugnay na detalye.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detalye ng kapansanan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uri ng paninirahan, kabilang ang edad, lahi o etnisidad, at pangunahing wika.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dapat isama sa data ang bilang at porsyento ng mga indibidwal ayon sa edad, lahi o etnisidad, kapansanan, at uri ng paninirahan, na natukoy na karapat-dapat para sa mga serbisyo ng sentrong pangrehiyon ngunit hindi tumatanggap ng mga pondo ng Purchase of Service (\u201cPOS\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa loob ng tatlong buwan ng
