{"id":38108,"date":"2024-06-21T08:35:13","date_gmt":"2024-06-21T15:35:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlacrc.org\/?page_id=38108"},"modified":"2026-01-15T16:09:02","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T00:09:02","slug":"pos-policies","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nlacrc.org\/tl\/about-us\/transparency-accountability\/policies-dei\/pos-policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Mga Patakaran sa POS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mga Pamantayan sa Serbisyo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang Mga Patakaran sa Pagbili ng Serbisyo, na tinutukoy bilang Mga Pamantayan ng Serbisyo, ay nagbibigay ng direksyon tungkol sa mga uri ng mga serbisyo na maaaring bilhin ng NLACRC para sa mga mamimili. Ang bawat sentrong pangrehiyon ay bubuo ng sarili nitong patakaran sa pamantayan ng serbisyo na natatangi sa komunidad na pinaglilingkuran nito. Ang mga pamantayang ito ay inaprobahan ng California Department of Developmental Services upang tiyakin na ang mga ito ay sumusunod sa Lanterman Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Higit pa rito, ang W&amp;I Code section 4629.5(b)(5) ay inamyenda upang hilingin sa mga sentrong pangrehiyon na mag-post sa kanilang mga website sa internet ng mga patakaran ng POS at anumang iba pang mga patakaran, alituntunin, o mga tool sa pagtatasa na binuo ng sentrong pangrehiyon na ginagamit upang matukoy ang transportasyon, personal na katulong, o independyente o suportadong mga pangangailangan sa serbisyo sa pamumuhay ng isang mamimili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Update sa Mga Pamantayan sa Serbisyo ng NLACRC<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang NLACRC ay nalulugod na ipahayag ang pag-apruba ng binagong Social Recreation, Camp, at Non-Medical Therapies Procedural Standard ng Department of Developmental Services.
