Ang emergency vendorization ay nagpapahintulot sa isang sentrong pang-rehiyon na aprubahan ang pagtitinda ng isang aplikante bago ang pagkumpleto ng proseso ng pagtitinda kung ang sentrong pangrehiyon ay nagpasiya na ang kalusugan o kaligtasan ng isang mamimili ay nasa panganib at walang kasalukuyang nagtitinda na magagamit upang magbigay ng kinakailangang serbisyo.
