Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

If you have urgent matters after hours or on the weekends regarding vaccinations, please contact our after-hour service at 818-778-1900.

If you need assistance scheduling a vaccination appointment, please call your Consumer Services Coordinator.  If you are not able to reach your Consumer Services Coordinator during regular business hours or if you need assistance scheduling a vaccine after hours, please call the NLACRC Vaccination Hotline at (323) 652-4848. If needed, NLACRC can also assist in coordinating transportation to your vaccination appointment.
