Paquete de orientaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n de SLS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Los Servicios de Vida Asistida (SLS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) le brindan apoyo para que pueda vivir en su propio departamento y ser parte de su comunidad. En la orientaci\u00f3n de SLS, aprender\u00e1 qu\u00e9 es SLS para que pueda decidir si esta es una opci\u00f3n que funciona para usted seg\u00fan sus circunstancias individuales. Aprender\u00e1 los requisitos b\u00e1sicos para participar en el programa SLS, las cosas que debe tener en cuenta al planificar su participaci\u00f3n en SLS, c\u00f3mo comenzar y, sobre todo, que en SLS, usted es quien tiene el control. Usted elige a su proveedor, contrata al personal y decide su plan, y recibe tanta o tan poca ayuda como crea que necesita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La orientaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo de 3:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a la crisis de salud de COVID-19, nuestras orientaciones de SLS se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo actualmente de forma virtual hasta nuevo aviso, y puede asistir por computadora o tel\u00e9fono. Actualmente no estamos realizando estas orientaciones en nuestras oficinas.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los consumidores mayores de 18 a\u00f1os que est\u00e9n interesados en recibir asistencia para la vida en familia deben informar a su coordinador de servicios si est\u00e1n interesados en asistir a una orientaci\u00f3n de SLS. Se le proporcionar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n para iniciar sesi\u00f3n o conectarse por tel\u00e9fono a la orientaci\u00f3n virtual m\u00e1s cerca de la fecha de la orientaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
