Esto se denomina \u00e1rea de influencia del centro regional. Esto significa las ciudades o valles a los que presta servicio un centro regional. Hay 21 centros regionales en California. Puede encontrar su centro regional seg\u00fan su direcci\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dds.ca.gov\/rc\/lookup-rcs-by-county\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Centro Regional del Norte del Condado de Los \u00c1ngeles (\u201cNLACRC\u201d) presta servicios a personas en los valles de San Fernando, Antelope y Santa Clarita. El NLACRC tiene un proceso para ayudar a las personas que se mudan. Esto se llama Proceso de Transferencia. Este proceso es para consumidores con un caso activo en el centro regional que se mudan al \u00e1rea del NLACRC y que se mudan fuera del \u00e1rea del NLACRC. Esto se llama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transferencia: consumidores activos que se mudan al \u00e1rea de NLACRC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transferencia de salida: consumidores activos que se mudan fuera del \u00e1rea de NLACRC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por favor, informe a su Coordinador de Servicios si se muda o planea mudarse. Debe solicitar que se inicie el proceso de traslado en funci\u00f3n de su nueva ubicaci\u00f3n. Debe informar a su Coordinador de Servicios si la mudanza es temporal o permanente. Deber\u00e1 hacerle preguntas sobre su mudanza. Esto es para que pueda obtener la informaci\u00f3n que necesita para el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los centros regionales se esfuerzan por cumplir con un plazo de hasta 30 d\u00edas para aceptar transferencias. Este plazo es para garantizar que la transferencia sea sencilla.
