Si se aprueba la autorizaci\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n de emergencia, el solicitante puede brindar servicios durante no m\u00e1s de 45 d\u00edas, despu\u00e9s de los cuales la autorizaci\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n de emergencia caducar\u00e1 si el centro regional no la aprueba dentro de los 45 d\u00edas posteriores a la autorizaci\u00f3n inicial. Si se produce una caducidad de la autorizaci\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n de emergencia, el proveedor no podr\u00e1 volver a solicitar la autorizaci\u00f3n de comercializaci\u00f3n de emergencia.
