Para los ni\u00f1os de 0 a 36 meses, este proceso da como resultado un Plan de Servicio Familiar Individualizado (IFSP). El plan lo desarrollan usted, los padres de un ni\u00f1o menor, un tutor o curador (si lo hubiera), cualquier otra persona que invite a estar con usted y el personal del centro regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El IPP (o IFSP) enumera sus objetivos y los servicios necesarios para alcanzarlos.
