The Stephen Beck Jr. Achieving a Better Life Experience Act, or ABLE, was passed by Congress in 2014. ABLE Accounts are tax-advantaged, section 529A accounts under the IRS tax code, and the IRS has provided guidance related to ABLE accounts.
