Disneyland offers discounted admission tickets to people with disabilities. Tickets are for guests with disabilities and their immediate family members or caregiver only.
Release of Information Form
In order to participate through NLACRC, an adult consumer (age 18 or older) or the parent of a consumer must complete and sign a Release of Information form so that we can add names to the Disney list. Consumers who have closed or inactive cases will not be able to participate. We can only assist active NLACRC consumers. If you are a client with another regional center, please contact your regional center to see if they participate in the program.
On the release form, please do not include P.O. Box addresses as they will not be accepted. Specify apartment/unit number if individual lives in an apartment complex. Forms can be sent by mail or scanned and sent by email to email@example.com. We do not accept faxed completed forms.
Release of Information Forms must be received by NLACRC by September 30th to be able to participate in the 2017 program.
Release forms are no longer available as deadline to submit them for 2017 program has passed.
If the consumer/parent participated last year A NEW FORM DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED. Only submit a new form if any of the contact information has changed (address, email address, etc.) since last year. If an individual wants to verify that he/she does not need to complete a new release form, you can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the consumer and we can email you back to let you know if you are already in our system. Due to the volume of emails we receive, it may take a few days for us to respond.
We can only accept one form per household. If more than one person in the home is a regional center client, please submit one form for one of the consumers. If you submit more than one form for the household, the system will cancel out both forms and no one will be included on the list. P.O. Box address, and duplicates such as duplicate physical addresses and duplicate email addresses will not be accepted by Disney and will result in an automatic removal from the program.
Submitting a release form does not guarantee that an individual will be able to purchase tickets as ticket quantities are limited. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We do our best to make sure that each person who turns in a release form is included on the Disney list but due to the high volume of requests sometimes errors may occur.

$57 each (ages 3 and over) for a 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket to visit either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park.
$85 each (ages 3 and over) for a 1-Day Park Hopper Ticket to visit both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on the same day.
Parking is included in the ticket price.
Each ticket includes a $2 service fee (already included in the ticket cost. The $2 service fee will not be refunded on unused tickets.
Ticket sales will open Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
During the second week of November, you will receive a one-time purchase code via e-mail that you will use to order a maximum of six (6) tickets per household. While guests can use the code to view the store multiple times, once they have purchased tickets the code is no longer valid (even if they have not met the six ticket maximum). Please note that you cannot exchange or change ticket dates once the purchase is made.
Tickets may not be resold or bartered. Organizations and individuals suspected of abusing the program will be removed from the mailing list and will not be considered for future offers.
IMPORTANT: Do not send payments for tickets to North Los Angeles County Regional Center. Disney will send an email to announce when ticket sales begin and you will purchase your tickets online. Be sure to check your e-mails including spam or junk mails, starting November 9th.

Questions? Please contact DLR.CorporateCitizenship@disney.com. Individual clients SHOULD NOT contact the Disneyland Resort regarding their placement on a client list. Clients may contact the Disneyland Resort regarding questions about their park visit or about an existing ticket order.
You may contact NLACRC regarding placement on a client list but this must occur before the September 30th deadline. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
